The Air Hockey Table is a Pub Games favourite that can now be hired from Altitude Events alongside a wide range of other popular Pub Games – Table Tennis, Foosball (Table Football), Bar Skittles and Double Hoop Basketball.
The Air Hockey Table that we hire is a top-quality commercial unit with a 7ft playing surface. Our Air Hockey Table has been deliberately designed to resemble full-size commercial tables that you find at amusement arcades and leisure centres. A critical asset of the table comes in the form of the aluminium top rail; this runs right along the outer edges of the playing surface to give that distinctive “ping” sound when the puck makes contact. The rigidity of the aluminium ensures the puck will rebound at a perfectly consistent angle every time. Underneath the playing surface, there is an arcade standard 240v centrifugal fan. This provides the strong “cushion” of air that allows the pucks to float. The reduced resistance leads to a fast and enjoyable game!
Air Hockey Table hire and our Pub Games packages are perfect for most events. They regularly attend Corporate Events, Evening Events, Parties, Family Fundays, Weddings and Christmas Parties. Air Hockey and Pub Games hire packages all include £10 million PLI and risk assessments.
Although based on the Surrey/Sussex border, Altitude Events Pub Games hire packages are available throughout the Southeast. We cover East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire, London, Essex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.
The game will require a normal mains plug socket. As with all of our hire equipment, the unit is fully PAT tested. The game will require a flat undercover area measuring 5’0″ x 11’5″ x 6’6″/1.5m x 3.5m x 2m. Due to the size and weight of the game, it will need to be wheeled into place on a trolley. Please contact us in advance of booking with any possible access problems such as stairs, steps, narrow doorways, gates, gravel paths, etc.
Please note that we have a minimum hire fee starting at £400 + VAT. We usually only hire these smaller games as part of packages rather than individually.

The Air Hockey is a two player game.
Players must tall enough to reach the game table to play. Anyone deemed to be in an ‘unfit’ state to play due to the influence of alcohol or drugs may be turned away.
The Air Hockey is suitable for outdoor events in an undercover area like a marquee. It will need a flat floor surface and mains power.
Yes the Air Hockey is suitable for Indoor events. Please see specifications tab for unit and space dimensions. Please let us know whether there are long distances to carry it or any steps/stairs/lifts/doorways/gravel paths etc to navigate with the equipment as complicated set up routes may increase set up time or require additional staff which will increase the hire costs.
Yes, the Air Hockey requires a mains power supply.
Other than providing an area to set up on, we supply everything required to run the game.
Depending on ease of access, the Air Hockey will take our staff approximately 30mins to set up.
This will depend on what other games are hired for the event.
We operate with £10 million public liability insurance and have full risk assessments (copies of which are available on request). All electrical items are PAT tested for electrical safety.
We will tailor make each Air Hockey hire quote to the specifics of an enquiry. The Air Hockey hire cost is dependent on factors such as your location, length of hire, date of hire and whether or not any other pieces of equipment are being hired for the same event, etc.
The quote we send to you is all inclusive so there are no hidden extras to be wary of.
Give us a call or send an e-mail and we can check your desired date(s) for availability and give you a quote. When you are ready to confirm, we will send out a booking form, complete with the booking terms and conditions to check over. Once filled in, please return it to us along with payment. We take a 25% deposit to secure a booking date and the balance is due 1 month before the hire date. Then sit back and count down the days until we arrive!

Although we are based in the South East, we will travel anywhere to do an event. However, if it is very far from our base, the price will reflect this. Primarily our Air Hockey attends events held in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London.
