Altitude Events now hire top of the range Racing Simulators that can be set up for multiplayer simulator racing.
The Multiplayer Racing Simulators can be linked up to play against each other on a head to head basis. They can also be set up to each run different games so you can have a variety of disciplines represented. We have game options including F1, Race, Rally and Sports Cars. Each Multiplayer Racing Simulator has a real racing seat, steering wheel (with force feedback function), pedals, gearstick and 40″ HD screen. There is a full onboard surround sound system including a Bass kicker mounted to the seat to emphasis the feel of the driving experience. We can set the Racing Simulators up for head to head multiplayer racing or best lap times. The Racing Sims have a massive range of vehicles and tracks (including the Top Gear track). All Racing Simulator hire packages include a Top Gear style scoreboard if required as well for no additional fee.
The Racing Sims are supplied fully staffed, with £10 million PLI and full risk assessment. Racing Simulators are perfect for indoor Evening Events, Black-tie Dinners, Christmas Parties, Weddings, Fundays, Promotions, Trade Shows, Exhibitions and just about any other type of event that you can think of! The Multiplayer Racing Simulators can also be hired on their own as a single sim unit. This suits smaller spaces or small scale events and also works well on Exhibition and Trade Show Stands.
Altitude Events hire the Simulators and Electronic Games Hire to events and venues throughout the Southeast. We cover East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire, Berkshire, Essex, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and London.
The Sims require a mains power supply and all electrical equipment is PAT tested. They are very heavy to move so we require decent flat access for a trolley (185cm long and 86cm wide). We need to be notified in advance of any steps, lifts, narrow doorways, tight turns, gravel paths or long distances to move the equipment from where we can unload the van. Some game options will require wifi to work. There are no age limits to use the Sims but players must be able to reach the wheel and pedals. Realistically that means drivers should be at least 1.3m tall. To hire a pair of Racing Simulators you will require at least 6’6′” x 13’2″ x 6’6″/2m x 4m x 2m (per Simulator) of flat undercover space.

The Racing Simulators can have 2 drivers racing head to head or playing different games if preferred.
Players must be a minimum of 1.3m tall to reach the pedals. Anyone deemed to be in an ‘unfit’ state to play due to the influence of alcohol or drugs may be turned away.

Yes the Racing Simulators suitable for Indoor events. Please see specifications tab for unit and space dimensions. The units are large and awkward to carry so please let us know whether there are long distances to carry it or any steps/stairs/lifts/doorways etc to navigate with the equipment as complicated setup routes may increase set up time or require additional staff which will increase the hire costs.
Yes, the Racing Simulators require mains power sockets.
Other than providing an area to set up on, we supply everything required to run the game, including screens, speakers, console, games, cables and operator.
Depending on the ease of access, the Racing Simulators will take our staff approximately an hour to set up.
Yes, our staff will remain with the game throughout your event. They will give all players a briefing of how the game works and run each game for you, recording scores where necessary.
Sessions are run by fully trained, experienced staff member. We also operate with £10 million public liability insurance and have full risk assessments (copies of which are available on request). All electrical items are PAT tested for electrical safety.
We will tailor-make each Racing Simulators hire quote to the specifics of an enquiry. The Racing Simulators hire cost is dependent on factors such as your location, length of hire, date of hire and whether or not any other pieces of equipment are being hired for the same event, etc.
The quote we send to you is all-inclusive so there are no hidden extras to be wary of.
Give us a call or send an e-mail and we can check your desired date(s) for availability and give you a quote. When you are ready to confirm, we will send out a booking form, complete with the booking terms and conditions to check over. Once filled in, please return it to us along with payment. We take a 25% deposit to secure a booking date and the balance is due 1 month before the hire date. Then sit back and count down the days until we arrive!

Although we are based in the South East, we will travel anywhere to do an event. However, if it is very far from our base, the price will reflect this. Primarily our Racing Simulators attends events held in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London.
