Roll A Ball Horse Racing Hire and Rental

Description

Roll up to that classic British attraction – the Kentucky Derby with our Roll A Ball Horse Racing game! Take part in the classic fairground and seaside pier game as you Roll and Bowl your way to victory!

Horses line up at the start and then away you go in the Kentucky Derby!  Up to 4 players battle it out per game complete with built-in lighting, sounds and commentary.  Players score points by bowling the balls through the designated coloured holes. The more points gained, the further and faster you move along the derby race track!

Roll A Ball Horse Racing is brandable making it perfect for Exhibition, Trade Show stands or Promotional Events.  Roll A Ball is also popular for Corporate Events, Christmas Parties, Wedding Receptions and Evening Events, Roll and Bowl is great fun to play and to watch wherever it goes.

All of our Roll A Ball units include a member of staff, £10 million PLI and risk assessments.  Plus we will also include a Top Gear style scoreboard too.

Where do you cover and what do we need to hire Roll and Bowl?

Although based on the Surrey/Sussex border, Roll A Ball is available to hire for venues and events taking place throughout the Southeast in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire, London, Essex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.

The Roll and Bowl’s will require a normal 13amp mains plug socket.  As with all our Electronic Games Hire, the game and electrical equipment is fully PAT tested.  The game will require a flat indoor area of 11’2″ x 9’9″ x 6’9″/3.4m x 3m x 2.1m.  Roll A Ball has a minimum age of 6yrs old to play.

Up to 4 players can play Roll A Ball at a time.

Can anyone use Roll A Ball?

Players must 6 years old or above to play.  Anyone deemed to be in an ‘unfit’ state to play due to the influence of alcohol or drugs may be turned away.

Can Roll A Ball be used outside?

No, it can’t.

Can Roll A Ball be used indoors?

Yes Roll A Ball is suitable for indoor events. Please see specifications tab for unit and space dimensions. The unit is large and awkward to carry so please let us know whether there are long distances to carry it or any steps/stairs/lifts/doorways etc to navigate with the equipment as complicated setup routes may increase set up time or require additional staff which will increase the hire costs.

Does Roll A Ball require a power supply?

Yes, Roll A Ball requires one normal 13amp mains power socket.

Do I need to supply anything or does Roll A Ball come with everything it needs?

Other than providing an area to set up on, we supply everything required to run the game, including the scoreboard, cables and operator.

How long does Roll A Ball take to set up?

Depending on the ease of access, Roll A Ball will take our staff approximately 1hr to set up.

Safety

Does Roll A Ball come with someone to run the activity?

Yes, our staff will remain with the game throughout your event. They will give all players a briefing of how the game works and run each game for you, recording scores where necessary.

How safe is Roll A Ball?

Sessions are run by fully trained, experienced staff member. We also operate with £10 million public liability insurance and have full risk assessments (copies of which are available on request). All electrical items are PAT tested for electrical safety.

How much does it cost to hire Roll A Ball?

We will tailor-make each Roll A Ball hire quote to the specifics of an enquiry. The Roll A Ball hire cost is dependent on factors such as your location, length of hire, date of hire and whether or not any other pieces of equipment are being hired for the same event, etc.

Are there any additional costs?

The quote we send to you is all-inclusive so there are no hidden extras to be wary of.

How do I book?

Give us a call or send an e-mail and we can check your desired date(s) for availability and give you a quote. When you are ready to confirm, we will send out a booking form, complete with the booking terms and conditions to check over. Once filled in, please return it to us along with payment.  We take a 25% deposit to secure a booking date and the balance is due 1 month before the hire date. Then sit back and count down the days until we arrive!

Are there options to customize our hire to advertise a product or event?

Staff uniform can certainly be tailored to advertise a chosen product or event and if you do have any other specific ideas please do get in touch and we can see how we can help!

How far will Altitude travel for an event?

Although we are based in the South East, we will travel anywhere to do an event.  However, if it is very far from our base, the price will reflect this. Primarily our Roll and Bowl attends events held in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London.  Please contact us for further information if this is something that you would be interested in.
