Description

Roll up to that classic British attraction, Roll A Ball Reindeer Racing! Now you can take part in this classic fairground activity with a Christmas theme as you Roll and Bowl your way to the finish line racing those festive Reindeer!

Complete with built-in lighting, sounds and commentary, score points by bowling the balls provided through the designated coloured holes. With 4 players battling it out, the more points gained, the further you move along the snowy track!

Roll A Ball is brandable making it perfect for Exhibition and Trade Show stands or Promotional Events.  Roll A Ball is also popular for Corporate Events, Christmas Parties, Christmas Fairs and Festive Shopping Centre Events.  With the Winter theming Roll A Ball  Reindeer Racing is also great for Winter Wedding Entertainment too. Roll and Bowl is great fun to play and also to watch wherever it goes!

All of our Roll A Ball units include a member of staff to run the system at all times.  Plus £10 million PLI and risk assessments.

What areas do you cover and what do we need to hire Roll and Bowl Reindeer Racing?

Although based on the Surrey/Sussex border, Roll A Ball is available to hire for venues and events taking place throughout the Southeast.  We cover East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Hampshire, London, Essex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire.

The Roll and Bowl’s will require a normal mains plug socket.  As with all of our hire equipment, the unit is fully PAT tested.  If you would like to hire Roll and Bowl it will require a flat indoor or undercover area of 11’2″ x 9’9″ x 6’9″/3.4m x 3m x 2.1m. Roll A Ball has a minimum age of 6yrs old to play.

How many people can play Roll A Ball?

Up to 4 players can play Roll A Ball at a time.

Can anyone use Roll A Ball?

Players must 6 years old or above to play.  Anyone deemed to be in an ‘unfit’ state to play due to the influence of alcohol or drugs may be turned away.

Can Roll A Ball be used outside?

No it can’t.

Can Roll A Ball be used indoors?

Yes Roll A Ball is suitable for Indoor events. It requires 2.9m x 3m of space with 2.1m headroom.  The unit is large and awkward to carry so please let us know whether there are long distances to carry it or any steps/stairs/lifts/doorways etc to navigate with the equipment as complicated set up routes may increase set up time or require additional staff which will increase the hire costs.

Does Roll A Ball require a power supply?

Yes, Roll A Ball requires one normal 13amp mains power socket.

Do I need to supply anything or does Roll A Ball come with everything it needs?

Other than providing an area to set up on, we supply everything required to run the game, including the scoreboard, cables and operator.

How long does Roll A Ball take to set up?

Depending on ease of access, Roll A Ball will take our staff approximately 60mins to set up.

Safety

Does Roll A Ball come with someone to run the activity?

Yes, our staff will remain with the game throughout your event. They will give all players a briefing of how the game works and run each game for you, recording scores where necessary.

How safe is Roll A Ball?

Sessions are run by fully trained, experienced staff member. We also operate with £10 million public liability insurance and have full risk assessments (copies of which are available on request). All electrical items are PAT tested for electrical safety.

How much does it cost to hire Roll A Ball?

We will tailor make each Roll A Ball hire quote to the specifics of an enquiry. The Roll A Ball hire cost is dependent on factors such as your location, length of hire, date of hire and whether or not any other pieces of equipment are being hired for the same event, etc.

Are there any additional costs?

The quote we send to you is all inclusive so there are no hidden extras to be wary of.

How do I book?

Give us a call or send an e-mail and we can check your desired date(s) for availability and give you a quote. When you are ready to confirm, we will send out a booking form, complete with the booking terms and conditions to check over. Once filled in, please return it to us along with payment.  We take a 25% deposit to secure a booking date and the balance is due 1 month before the hire date. Then sit back and count down the days until we arrive!

Are there options to customize our hire to advertise a product or event?

Staff uniform can certainly be tailored to advertise a chosen product or event and if you do have any other specific ideas please do get in touch and we can see how we can help!

How far will Altitude travel for an event?

Although we are based in the South East, we will travel anywhere to do an event.  However, if it is very far from our base, the price will reflect this. Primarily our Roll a Ball attends events held in East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Kent, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and London.  Please contact us for further information if this is something that you would be interested in.
